It's difficult to answer this question as it is very subjective. It depends upon personal interests. In my opinion Late Pt. Bhimsen Joshi comes to my mind if we talk about Hindustani Classical Music.

Hello Kunal, Yes you can learn them simultaneously. It will require regular practice to master the skill. It is commonly seen in Freestyle Guitar.
