Align Yoga

Align Yoga is a kind of yoga that focuses on the correct alignment of the body. Where we use props to get maximum rewards from every pose by concentrating on the alignment, this is carried out in order to attain improved therapeutic benefits from every session. Alignment is utilized to describe precise positioning of the body for every posture in yoga. Props that are most frequently utilized are Cushions, Yoga straps or belts, Ropes, Benches, Wooden gadgets, Foam Blocks and so forth. Using a yoga strap can help you build yoga confidence by encouraging you to go deeper into familiar postures as well as to try ones you usually find too difficult.
Mr. Parag Javadekar is the founder of Align Yoga. He has completed his graduation from Pune. In his graduation days he was residing in Kabir Baug hostel and during these days he developed interest towards Yoga. Then he started his yoga journey. He got the privilege of taking a Post Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Restorative Yoga from Dr Karandikar in Kabir baug Math Sanstha, Pune.
