Hey suhana, if you are quite good in your English, you can start up brushing up the basics of English and then the four modules of IELTS. Incase if you are not, go with the basics and then switch to IELTS prepation either by self learning or by any coaching instituions or from IELTS trainers. Though the 4 modules are important, just focus a little bit more on speaking and writing as most of the students get caught in these two.
