Ravindra Singh

I am pursuing MA in YOGA and have completed a diploma in yoga. I have more than eight years of experience. I used to work at corporate in 2014. I also worked as a freelancer Yoga trainer at a Dance fitness centre.

I got inspired by my friend to begin practising yoga. I joined yoga classes at MAX fitness gym and started my training. I am a fitness freak and began diving deep into fitness and health. I have always been interested in growing my mental and physical health. I got interested in learning yoga. It helps us connect our Body, Mind, Soul and Energy. My classes are conducted offline at home. Children above five years are welcome to take my classes.

I plan and meticulously design my classes. My sessions are practical and student-oriented. I help my students stay healthy and understand the value of practising yoga on regular bases. I am guiding individuals to attain peace and good health.
