In a career in medicine, spanning more than 19 years, I have rich & all-encompassing experience / expertise in designing and formulating State level mass health schemes/Trust based self-funded health assurance schemes/ community level micro insurance healthcare schemes, besides experience in implementation/ operationalization, financial evaluation/ impact evaluation and designing of packages and treatment rates of health insurance/ assurance schemes. I have headed India’s largest TPA i.e Family Health Plan Limited (venture of Apollo Group of Hospitals), heading the region of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal and J&K. I was also a part of the team that had conceptualized and designed Yeshasvini Scheme in Karnataka. I have exprience of formulating, crafting and implementing state level mega health care schemes in Punjab, such as Sanjivni Health Care Scheme/Bhai Ghanhya Sehat Sewa Scheme (successfully ran in the State from 2006 to 2018) in capacity of Additional CEO of Bhai Ghanhya Trust under Deptt of Cooperation, Govt of Punjab, Punjab Government Employees and Pensioner’s Health Insurance Scheme, Bhagat Puran Singh Sehat Bima Yojana, Punjab and RSBY, Punjab, in capacity of Consultant to Punjab Health System Corporation, Punjab. I have also worked as ADDL CEO with State Health Agency Punjab, which implements Ayushman Bharat Scheme in Punjab.

However being a very good student myself, a district topper in 10th and 12th CBSE Board, a gold medalist in MBBS and keen interest in academics, i have been tutoring and coaching NEET aspirants, and MBBS students simultaneously and have many successful NEET aspirants.
