I have had more than 35 years of teaching in schools and in college both in I ndia as well as abroad. I started teaching kerala state board but now the past 25 years have been teaching CBSE. My biggest challenge is when I am able to teach and mentor a student to realise his or her inner abilities. Since I teach higher classes there has always been challenges everyday but I love the changing faces of education and we teachers can never stagnate.
