As the brand nike says, "just do it". Just take a canvas, apply a background color of your choice by brushing it into the theets of the canvas weaves, now use a paint brush to draw the shapes add a mid tone, use shadow and lastly highlights.

Buy paints brushes pallete canvas of your choice n size draw something of your imagination and after drawing colour it the way you want to bring out your beautiful ideas and creativity.
