You need to practice a lot on your grammar. And this is usual advice still you need to keep trying with your fluency by talking and trying to phrase a sentence regularly whether it's right or wrong. That way someone like your tutor can correct you. As for your written skills whatever you try to speak, write it down it goes hand in hand
