Starts 1st August | Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
This is a regular online yoga class designed for women who want to reduce weight, tone their body, boost metabolism, and stay consistent with their wellness journey — all in a supportive, structured environment.
🌿 What Students Will Learn & Practice:
Foundational Yoga Asanas for weight loss, toning, and flexibility
Core-strengthening flows to improve metabolism and burn fat
Daily breathwork (pranayama) to reduce stress and improve digestion
Stretching & mobility to ease stiffness and enhance posture
Mindfulness techniques to build discipline and body awareness
Correct alignment & breathing in each pose for safety and effectiveness
Weekly focus themes (e.g. legs & glutes, belly fat, back strength, balance, etc.)
Building a consistent yoga habit to support long-term health and weight goals
💰 Fees: ₹1,500 per month

✅ Who Can Join?
Women aged 18–50
Those aiming to lose weight naturally through yoga
Must be physically fit for light to moderate physical activity
Beginners are welcome — guidance & modifications will be provided
❌ Not Suitable For:
Pregnant women
Women with PCOS/PCOD (This class doesn’t cover hormonal therapy)
Anyone with recent surgery, serious joint pain, spinal issues, or heart conditions
⚠️ Medical clearance is recommended for those with health conditions.
