This class is for people who are keen to know about yoga in detail. The yoga philosophy explains in details about the how different koshas(layers) of body works and how every element play important role in the human system.
Know more about how this body and mind works on a deeper level and how one can choose ways to live a better lifestyle by learning deep concepts of yoga.
This class will be of one hour and if you feel interested we can have weekly sessions too.
Any age group can join the class.
Especially recommended for people who feel lost in life sometimes and can't manage to control the thoughts and emotions much.
Yoga philosophy could help one to really have the deep idea of life and other aspects of life which one could've never thought.
