I warmly invite you to a free one-hour yoga masterclass this Sunday, 7th September 2025, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. This session is designed to bring together people who are curious about yoga, those who want to begin their journey, as well as those who are already practicing and wish to deepen their understanding.

During the class, I will share the essence of yoga, explain how it can help us in our everyday life, and guide you through simple practices that improve flexibility, calm the mind, and boost energy. It will also be an interactive session where you can share your thoughts, ask questions, and learn in a supportive space. I will also take some time to introduce myself and my own journey with yoga.

This masterclass is completely free of cost and open to everyone. All you need is comfortable clothing, a mat, and an open heart. Let us come together to start the day with peace, positivity, and balance. 🌸

My expertise includes meditation, flexibility, and physical strength, and I have a deep understanding of how the body works. Through yoga, I successfully lost 25 kg in just a few months. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD at IIT Madras.

"First of all I would like to say that Diwakar sir is very kind, humble and patient. When I came the first day, I couldn't do any asana properly. I was very disappointed because the fellow guys were doing much better than me. Diwakar sir assured me and made me believe in myself that gradually I would also be able to perform the asanas like others. He also gave extra attention to my postures.
