I take a class for every age group from 4 year children to 80 years senior citizens .
I teach Hatha Yoga ,Vinyasa yoga , Power yoga meditation, Pranayama ..I help the students and emphasis to connect with your breath ..Breath is the essential and crux of the yoga practice .. Without breathing there is no Yoga .Inhale and exhale is foundation of the practice .
We focus more on flexibility, strength and training .and develop the core strength.We do the practice to calm and tranquil the mind.
Every Saturday we practice Yoga Nidra and chakra meditation with mantra .
You need to bring Yoga mat ,brick and one belt .
I teach ball yoga ,yoga with wheel morever I teach yoga with props ..
In class we cover all asanas like standing asanas ,sitting asanas , Twisting asanas,Laying down posture ,Asanas that is done on stomach .Our target is to weight loss and free from the disease so we can live a healthy life style .
