She is a Yoga Wellness Instructor & certified from MDNIY, Delhi and giving home & online yoga classes . Her classes are 💯% result oriented.

She is a Certified and Experienced Yoga Instructor practicing since over 6years & holding an International Certification from Yoga Certification Board , Ministry of Ayush , Government of India.

She has been teaching Yoga since 2Year as Personalized Sessions at home and Online Yoga Sessions . She prefer to follows a scientific holistic approach towards Health & teach Hatha Yoga along with Dhyana Yoga , kriya Yoga , Surya Namaskar , Asana , Pranayama, Bandha-Mudra , Meditation , Om Chanting , Sukshma - Sthool Vyayama and Nutrition.

She took up Yoga at an early age & performed as demonstrator on International Day of Yoga at Dr, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Swimming pool complex, New Delhi in 2019 .

She has been nominated as Yoga Instructor by Morarji Desai Institute of Yoga for conducting yoga classes at ITBP complex , tihar for ITBP Jawans in 2019 . 

Being a B.Com graduate from Delhi University but in her final year of graduation ,decided to follow her passion , that lies in Yoga & Wellness.
