• Gentle and classical yoga asanas for flexibility, strength, and posture
• Pranayama techniques for stress relief and emotional balance
• Guided relaxation and basic meditation practices
• Breath–body–mind awareness
• Tools to improve focus, energy levels, and inner calm in daily life
This program is suitable for beginners as well as individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, fatigue, or lifestyle imbalance.
