This yoga class is designed for anyone who wants to improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall lifestyle—whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience in yoga. Students of all age groups are welcome, including working professionals, homemakers, students, and senior citizens.
In this class, students will learn traditional Hatha Yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation practices. The sessions also include body awareness, basic yogic philosophy, and practical tips for developing healthy daily routine. Depending on individual goals, students can also focus on weight loss, stress relief, flexibility, back pain, hormonal balance, or general fitness.
Each class is structured with warm-up, main practice, cool-down, and guided relaxation.
What to bring:
Students are requested to bring a yoga mat, a small towel, and a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Most importantly, bring an open mind and willingness to grow through yoga.
