This yoga program is designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mental well-being. The course begins with an introduction to the basics of yoga, including breathing techniques (Pranayama), warm-up routines, and correct posture alignment. Students will learn foundational asanas such as Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Bhujangasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, and Surya Namaskar. Each week focuses on developing flexibility, core stability, and full-body awareness.
The mid-section of the course introduces intermediate poses like Trikonasana, Dhanurasana, and various hip-opening and spine-strengthening sequences. Relaxation practices such as Yoga Nidra and guided meditation are included to reduce stress and improve concentration.
Students will also understand the importance of mindfulness, lifestyle balance, and basic yogic principles. The course concludes with revision sessions, posture correction, and personalized practice guidance to help students continue yoga confidently beyond the classroom.
