The classes will be designed to improve on your overall body posture , flexibility and strength through mindful breath integrated practices. We will be learning different Yogasanas and pranayama techniques. The classes will be conducted in Hatha and Ashtanga style of yoga. We will have work various vinyasa flows and also aim towards developing the primary series of ashtanga yoga. Through the classes we will be learning three types of surya namaskara. Through these classes we will aim to increase our awareness of the body and move towards achieving inner peace and well being. The level of the class will depend on your body's flexibility and strength and can vary from beginners to advanced . To start this journey of yoga you just need a yoga mat , a bottle of water in hand and come with an open mind to learn and unlearn and explore this journey towards knowing your true self.
