The first step in achieving a fitness goal is to decide to bring about change. Most of the peoples enthusiam fades in the first 6 weeks due to lack of fitness knowledge, poor motivation and training by unskilled staff. This leads to lack of interest in woeking out, a feeling of helplessness and eventually leads to quitting their fitness goals.
This class will teach my students as ti how every single person is unique though ewually talented, capable and string enough physically and mentally to get on to a fitness journey.
This calls will further make my students aware why an experienced and certified trainer is mandatory to achieve fitness goals and how a personal trainer can help them in tbeir quest for a healthy life.
At the end of the class there will be brief introduction to the training methods, applicability and use of energy systems in a human body depending upon the fitness goal, followed by a motivational speech to encourage my students to leave the sedentary lifestyle and kick start their journey towards improved physical condition.
