- We will do whole body workout. This workout is for all age categories. We will start with warm up, loosening of all joins, cardio, upperbody , legs core and then cool-down with stretching. The warm up is going to be for 5-7 mins.Loosing of joins for 10mins which include 4-5 exercise. This will be 1 set and we will repeat it for 2 rounds Then for 15 mins will do cardio workout which will include 4-5 exercises. This also we will repeat for 2 rounds , followed by legs 4-5exercises repeats for 2 rounds and core also include 4-5 exercises which we repeat for two rounds. Will end with good stretching and cool down for 10 mins Please keep your mats, water bottles handy.Try sipping water in between your work oouts to keep yourself hydrated because the weather is too hot. Also please keep your fans and air conditioners on while doing the workout. Wear comfortable loose fitted clothes with sports shoes.
