Hey All, This Weight Loss Group Training session Will begin with Various Streching for Each Body Part.
I'll be Introducing myself about what I do and How I provide Training To Various students of Mine. This Session will be In English and Hindi Both the Languages. So I'll be speaking both English and Hindi.
We'll Then Move on to Some Non Weighted Exercises (beginners to Moderate Level) , All The Exercises are Designed to Meet Your Weight Loss requirement in the best possible Way. Then we'll Discuss importance of Diet in your daily Lifestyle.
Things Students should have Before the class:
1. Yoga Mat
2. Water Bottle
3. Towel.
4. Streching Band (if available)
5. Skipping (if available)
All The Exercises Will be Absolutely Easy and Can be done by Anyone Male / Female of age group 12-65 years.
We'll End with Cool down exercises and At end I'll be providing you A task which needs to be completed.
