So as we are here for the training session but before we start training most of the people doesnt do good warm before lifting the weights so we will learn step by step first warm up then the training session and in the last cardio.So warm is a very important part before workout,it prevet you from the major injuries and inflammation in the body.when we do the warm up the body rises the temperature and prepare the muscle group for the lifting session. Mean while when we do lifting session for ex if we trian chest so the weight will lifted by your shoulder so when we do chest first we should warm up our shoulder by rotating your shoulder cup and make shoulder more flexible so that when we lift weight there will be no major injury and we will perform better.So this class will be on warm then step by step we will move ahead
