Students will learn effective workout techniques, personalized training principles, and how to create a balanced fitness plan. The nutrition portion covers macronutrients, meal planning, and the safe use of supplements to support performance and recovery.
Bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a notebook to track progress. Optional: any current supplements you’d like reviewed.
