Freshers and graduates who want to start a career in ServiceNow, IT support or admin professionals moving into ServiceNow development, and working professionals preparing for the CSA certification.

What will you learn?

1. Platform fundamentals: navigation, tables, forms, lists, users, groups, roles and ACLs.

2. ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, SLAs and notifications.

3. Scripting: GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies and UI Actions.

4. Automation: Flow Designer, Import Sets, Transform Maps and basic REST integration.

5. Real project: build the ICU Bank (Net Banking) application end to end.

6. CSA exam preparation with topic-wise practice and mock tests, plus interview preparation.

How the class works:

Live online sessions (Zoom or Google Meet), 100% hands-on on your own free ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance. You get session notes, assignments after every class and doubt-clearing support. Duration is about 30 hours over 6 weeks.

What do you need?

A laptop with a stable internet connection. No prior ServiceNow experience is required; basic computer knowledge is enough. I will help you set up your free developer instance in the first session.

Earlier I spent 4.5+ years at Infosys working on ServiceNow ITSM modules, ticketing and workflow automation. I hold a BCA in Computer Applications from Guru Nanak Dev University.
