I help seniors above the age of 40 upto 80 to be physically fit. This program helps especially those whose professional job is sedentary in nature eg.Software Professionals. By mixing Cardiovascular,flexibility,balance.strength and other aspects this program builds overall health. Join me now to make a new start even if you have not done any exercise so far. While walking,swimming, yoga etc are good on their own in individual aspects, my program focuses on a comprehensive health. This program also focuses on lifestyle diseases such as diabetes,hypertension etc.Fitness is more a passion for me than a money making profession. Hence, I may even offer a totally free of cost program on a selective basis . I will be randomly picking up such free students, critieria is if you are above the age of 40. My classes are in English. I will be teaching even the science of Exercising rather than just coaching on lifting weigths or pulling bars.
