Screenwriting Masterclass - From Idea to Screenplay

Every film begins as a blank page. This masterclass is a two-hour, hands-on introduction to how screenwriters actually turn an idea into a working screenplay — the craft behind the films and shows you already love.

Taught by a professional screenwriter and director who trained at the London Film School and has spent over 15 years writing and directing feature films, short films, and television, including a telefilm for MTV, with work nominated at IFFI and Filmfare and a recent short film premiere at Beyond Fest in Los Angeles.

In this session, we'll break down story structure and the anatomy of a screenplay, look at what makes a character worth following for two hours, and talk honestly about why some films hold an audience while others lose them in the first ten minutes. You don't need any prior writing experience — just curiosity about how stories work.
