I’m a Pranic Healer, yoga practitioner, and a full-time product designer. Through the tools of energy healing, yoga, and mindfulness, I’ve found ways to stay grounded and balanced - and present. These practices have helped me shift my mindset from overwhelmed to empowered, from reactive to reflective.
