We will explore foundational elements such as Chouka and Tribhangi basic steppings. You’ll also get a rhythm training, posture, and body alignment. In addition, the session will highlight the deep connection between Yoga and Odissi, a beautiful dance form from Orissa, is a unique classical dance of India. In these sessions we will be discussing how yogic practices support physical flexibility, mental focus, and endurance—key aspects of dance training.
