This class is for students who have opted for Psychology in Class 12, NIOS Board. They will gain an understanding of Psychology by learning about nature & evolution of Psychology, biological bases of human behaviour (nervous system, endocrine glands, heredity & environment, sociocultural & ecological factors), methods of psychological enquiry, basic statistics, attention & perception, learning, human memory, motivation, emotion, thinking & problem-solving, human development (lifespan perspective, stages of development), individual differences (personality & intelligence), social processes & behaviour, health & well-being (coping with stress, mental health problems & holistic development).

Preparation will be done chapter-wise. Chapter-wise tests will be conducted, discussion of sample question papers & previous years' question papers will be done to help the students gain confidence to face their board exam. Concepts will be taught using relevant examples so as to help the students gain a strong understanding. Apart from academics, I will help students implement concepts in daily life, as Psychology is helpful to improve our mental health & well-being.
