Who is this class for?
This class is for working professionals planning to take the PMP exam, including project coordinators, team leads, business analysts, developers and QA engineers. It is also useful if you have started preparing but are unsure where to begin.

Are there any prerequisites?
No prior PMP study is required. Basic experience working on any project will help you relate to the examples. If you plan to apply for the exam, keep a rough list of your past projects so we can discuss your eligibility.

I am a Program Manager with 7+ years of IT experience in project delivery, business analysis and software implementation.

Before my current role, I worked as a Technical Business Analyst from (2021–2026). There I led 15-member teams of business analysts, developers and QA engineers to deliver software implementations for international airlines. I handled complete project lifecycles from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live support, including system migrations, payment and tax authority integrations, and API integrations.

I have worked hands-on in Agile teams: prioritizing backlogs, running planning sessions, attending sprint reviews and managing stakeholder expectations. I also built the business case for "Nia," an AI support chatbot, and helped deliver it, so I bring practical knowledge of using AI in project work.

Earlier, I worked as a Software Engineer and Application Engineer on Android apps and CRM implementations (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
