Hi, I’m Imnatemsu, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to Soul Sprout’s Physical Education and Self-Defence sessions specially designed for children with special needs. 💪 At Soul Sprout, our focus is on creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where every child can build strength, coordination, and confidence.
In our sessions, we work on physical fitness through simple exercises, games, and activities that improve balance, stamina, and motor skills. Alongside this, we introduce basic self-defence techniques that empower children to feel secure, aware, and confident in their own abilities. These practices are taught gently, step by step, ensuring that each child can progress comfortably at their own pace.
More than just exercise, these classes are about learning discipline, teamwork, and self-belief. Every child is encouraged, celebrated, and given the chance to grow stronger both physically and emotionally.
