This is a 3 month course where I focus on your core strength, overall flexibility and weight loss. I talk to you, study your diet, understand your fitness goals and then design a curriculum and then we work on it together on flexible days of the week to get you healthier and in better shape. I charge 350rs per hour for this. If you stay in Bangalore and you want offline sessions, then the charge is going to be higher and results quicker. Course will focus on whole body exercises, leg workouts and and core strength mainly. I was a trainer at Cultfit earlier and I have transformed multiple people into healthy and fit individuals. I also focus on increasing endurance by making you do HIIT workouts. This slowly and steadily improves your ability to do longer workouts. My core belief is " Exercises a day keep the doctor away".
