Let's Reach Your Fitness Goals Together Hi! Whether you are just starting out, have been working out for a while, or are an athlete, I can help you transform your body and improve your health. Everyone is different, so your workouts and meals will be made just for you and your specific needs. As an online fitness and body transformation coach specializing in bodybuilding, I know exactly what it takes to get strong, build muscle, and see real changes. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and a sports nutritionist. This means I don't just help you look good - I help you feel good from the inside out. Through the right diet and exercise routines, we can work together on managing lifestyle conditions like PCOD and PCOS, and preventing health issues like diabetes. Here is how our training will work: Training Together: We will train for 1 hour every other day (3 days a week). I can come right to your house, or we can do our classes online. Training on Your Own: I will also give you a simple workout plan to do by yourself 2 to 3 days a week. When you finish, just share the details or send me a quick video so I can check your form and make sure you are doing great. Health & Progress Checks: Twice a week, I will check up on your weight, body fat, and body measurements (inches) to see how your body is changing. Updating Your Plan: Every week, we will look at how you are performing. As you get stronger, see positive results, or improve your health symptoms, I will change up your diet and exercises to keep your progress moving forward. Getting in shape and staying healthy takes teamwork. I will give you the plan and the coaching. If you bring the dedication, stick to the program, and keep in touch with me, you will get results.
