This class is about free weight activity yeah I u have weights we can do with weight training we can do high intensity work nd lots more to get in shape .student should have little things otherwise no problem we can do yoga also lots more nd yeah of course this training period of time takes almost 1 hour which is needed nd it's totallly depend on client that they have to take class in a week twice or thrice or more than that nd of course personal training is much better than any workout because trainer consider the client very closely student can learn everything very smoothly .trainer nd student bond became very strong during workout session.I think every student should take personal training at home because home sessions are very good studen care n do his/her workout without any break .sometime student leave the gym bccz of time issue but at home they can do easily
