I am a certified personal fitness trainer offering customised one-on-one fitness sessions at home and online in Hyderabad. This class is designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced clients who want to lose weight, build strength, improve stamina, tone their body and follow a structured fitness routine. I focus on proper form, technique and safe training methods so students get results without injuries.
In this class, students will learn warm-up routines, full-body workouts, strength exercises, flexibility training, fat-burning workouts and personalised diet suggestions. Sessions are customised based on the client’s body type, fitness goals and daily schedule.
No equipment is required for beginners; I will guide bodyweight exercises. If students have dumbbells or equipment at home, I design advanced routines also. This class helps in weight loss, inch loss, improved fitness levels and overall body transformation.
