One Day Class on Handmade Chocolate Making for Hobbyists

This one-day, hands-on class is designed for anyone who wants to learn the art of making delicious handmade chocolates from home. The session runs from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and is perfect for beginners, hobbyists, home bakers, and anyone who simply loves chocolate and wants to try something creative and fun.

What You Will Learn:
You will learn to make 12 varieties of homemade chocolates, including basic, flavoured, nut-based, and decorative options.

By the end of the class, you will understand:

• Melting, tempering, and moulding techniques

• Flavouring and filling methods

• Packaging basics

• How to create neat, glossy chocolates at home using simple tools

What You Need to Bring:

• A towel

• A book and pen for notes

• Containers or boxes to carry home your chocolate samples

This workshop is a fun, interactive, and fulfilling experience where you get to create your own chocolates and take home everything you make!

1) Students below the age of 18 years should have their parents' consent (in written form in our application form with proper identification documents) 

2) Schools and Colleges can contact me through proper channel through your Dept.Head and Principal for group sessions, as part of your incubation cell activity or catering related vlaue addition.
