Meditation is one of the basic needs of our brain. I have been conducting meditation classes for *7 years*, which have had a positive impact on each individual in different ways. In these 7 years, I have also guided people *who were suffering from mental health problems* and were unable to meditate. I first made these individuals, who were struggling with mental health issues, capable of meditating by teaching them some basic techniques, and then I guided them through meditation practice.
