The class is designed for individuals with an inclination towards the philosophy of yoga. It is intended for those who wish to understand and effect a holistic change in their life, rather than merely pursuing physical changes through asanas. It is acknowledged that the asanas will result in improved fitness and a more energetic lifestyle than the individual may currently experience. However, the philosophical discussions will facilitate the understanding of how and where to channel that energy.

We will be conducting classes morning 6.30 twice every week and students are advised to continue the practice on other days and join next class with their doubts or enhanced ability to absorb the maximum benifit from the classes.
Apart from the regurlar classes students are free to contact teacher for clarification of doubts on any day of the week.
The programme will comprise two classes per week, scheduled for 6.30am. It is recommended that students engage in practice outside of these sessions, in order to optimise their learning experience. This will enable them to raise any queries or demonstrate their enhanced proficiency at the next class.
In addition to the scheduled classes, students are encouraged to contact the instructor at any time during the week to discuss any questions or concerns they may have.
