At our cooking centres, we will teach you all about it, from where it comes to why it’s eaten. We will give you the basis for cuisines, ingredients and techniques from all parts of the world, some long forgotten, most often ignored. And as with any soulful, passionate endeavour, we will guide you to innovate and make it your own!
