This course will take you through an indulgent journey and understanding about the classical dance form Bharatnatyam.

It will cover all elements of basics and theory along with mudras, postures,adavus,depiction using mudras, basic choreography with expression holding techniques.

This course will give an overall brief understanding of bharatnatyam dance form and about the history and origin of Indian classical dances.

We are looking forward to connect with interested people with whom we can impart our learnings and understanding about this beautiful dance form.

This journey towards understanding your body and soul expression to bring out the bhava and rasa in you will be covered through 8 classes.

Body movements,  Posture buildings,  Footwork, Mudras, Expression,  Vinayoga, Adavus, and basic understanding about the vital elements would be covered through sessions.

We aim at educating about true essence of Kalashetram style Bharatnatyam.
