In my gym class, I do sports exercises for competition, for athletes, and for people who simply want to stay healthy—whether they want to gain a little weight or maintain their figure. I train three times a week, and the exercises are very easy to follow. Each athlete just watches the movement and the exercise and copies it by doing the same thing. Everyone can pay and take part in my classes without any restriction. In the exercises we practice, I include yoga, weight training, fitness, and relaxation games. I also teach discipline and self-respect, help develop each person’s personality, and I give motivating and inspiring words. Because sport requires it. That is what gives clarity and the desire to practice sport. I insist on discipline, because doing sport without self-discipline does not allow a learner to go far, to reach set goals, or to get good results, since people tend to give up quickly instead of resisting and persevering a little.
