This class is designed for Everyone who wants to improve their overall fitness, strength, and energy levels through guided personal training sessions. Whether you are a beginner taking your first step into fitness or someone with prior experience looking to refine your form and technique more better, this class will help you progress safely and effectively.
Students will learn the fundamentals of strength training, mobility, balance, and endurance through a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and core conditioning. Each session focuses on improving daily movement patterns, flexibility, and posture while promoting fat loss and lean muscle mass.
All students are encouraged to bring a water bottle, towel, and wear comfortable workout clothing and sports shoes

I’m Pinank Parmar, a certified fitness professional with over 12 years of experience in weight Training, Functional Training, Weight Management, Core Conditioning, and Sports Injury Recovery. My goal is to help each student move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.
