This class is designed for anyone who wants to build strength, flexibility, and inner awareness through a guided yoga practice. Whether you are a beginner taking your first steps into yoga, an intermediate practitioner looking to refine your alignment, or someone returning to the mat after a break, this class offers a welcoming and supportive environment. Each session is carefully structured to help students connect with their breath, understand proper posture technique, and move mindfully through the asanas.
Students will learn foundational yoga postures, safe alignment principles, and simple breathing techniques that help calm the mind and energize the body. The class also introduces elements of Ashtanga, Hatha, and gentle stretching, allowing students to experience both strength-building and relaxation. By the end of the course, students will gain confidence in their practice, improve body awareness, and develop a deeper sense of balance—both physically and mentally.
Students are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, a small towel, and a water bottle. If available, blocks or straps can be helpful for modifications, but they are not mandatory. Most importantly, students should bring an open mind and a willingness to explore their practice with patience and curiosity.
