Who can join this class?
This class is specially designed for the people who did not find the time to go to the gym. for example- homemakers, working People who havw busy schedule. Join directly from your home.
No equipments required. We will do the bodyweight exercises . Only requirement is One hour time.
Workout will be the combination of cardio activities , strength exercises, mobility exercises and flexibility exercises.
We will learn how we can keep ourself fit without going to the gym.
