So mesomorph requires less cardio and more weight training. On the other hand endomorph body is big and stores a lot of fat . This type of body requires more cardio and more weight training. Also endomorph body types need to be cautious about calorie consumption. Be it watever body type there is training program and diet which helps to yield desired results.
