This Free Yoga Master Class is designed for anyone who wants to improve their physical fitness, mental clarity, and overall well-being through a balanced yoga practice. This class is suitable for beginners, intermediate learners, and even working professionals who want to start or restart their fitness and yoga journey in a safe and guided way.
In this session, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga, simple yet effective, basic strength-building movements, and guided meditation for stress relief and mental calmness. The focus will be on correct posture alignment, breathing techniques (pranayama), flexibility, strength, and relaxation. The class will also help participants understand how yoga can support weight management, improve stamina, reduce stress, and enhance daily energy levels.
This master class will give students a clear idea of how regular yoga practice can be adapted for different age groups and fitness levels. It will also help them experience my teaching style and understand which type of yoga practice suits their goals best.
Students are requested to bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, keep water nearby, and have an open mind to learn and explore. No prior yoga experience is required just the willingness to begin.
