If you join my high-energy dance fitness class, you can expect a fun and challenging workout that will get your heart pumping and your body moving to the beat. You'll be led by me I will guide you through each move, encouraging you to push yourself to your limits. The dance routines will be designed to work your entire body, from your legs and glutes to your core and arms. The class may incorporate a variety of dance styles, such as hip-hop, salsa, and jazz, and may also include elements of strength training, such as squats and lunges, to help you build muscle and tone your body. Throughout the class, you'll be sweating, smiling, and having a blast as you dance your way to a healthier, fitter you. And when the class is over, you'll feel energized and accomplished, ready to take on whatever challenges come your way.

Hello! I'm Avinash Kumar Aradhyu Dance fitness instructor and certified yoga trainer I live in Hyderabad. I absolutely love teaching Zumba Dance classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a Party...!!!

I've been a free style Dance instructor since 2009,later in 2019 l had certified as international zumba Dance fitness instructor.

Over the past few years l have taken number of different types of fitness session in corporate From Gyms to studios and from personal training to Virtual zoom sessions, different dance form like
salsa,
hip-hop,
cumbia,
reggaeton
freestyle
HIIT (High intensity interval training)
functional training
&Body weight training.
because people are looking for different ways to get fit.

One thing I can say, though these different types of fitness session l made everyone enjoy working with me and helping them achieve their fitness goals in a happy way; whether that be weight loss or getting into shape if you want to experience the fitness party come and join my virtual classes..!
