Dear all, if you are a working women and wanted to add a simple yet proving YOGA to your routine please join.
The class consisting is
1) 5 mins of introduction and prayer
2) 15 mins stretches to ease muscle and joints ( i shall demonstrate and students should do it along with me)
3) 10 minsOne stand asana ( demonstration, explanation, assessment with suggestive corrections)
4)10 mins One sitting asana( demonstration, explanation, assessment with suggestive corrections)
5) 10 mins One sleeping posture asana ( demonstration, explanation, assessment with suggestive corrections)
6 ) 10 mins - meditation ( pranayama etc breathing techniques etc)
This will be perfect fit for working women, it elevates the stress at physical and mental level and make you rejuvenated daily before or after the work.
The timings are morning 5am-6am ( before work)
8:30am - 9:30 am ( before work)
7pm- 8pm ( after work)
Please 🙏 note and ensure that you are bringing yoga mat, water, towel with you. Preferably choose a calm and peaceful place for the session.
