This Course reveals secrets to develope raw strength and endurance using your own body training anywhere at your convenient space. One do not require to go to gym, if already going its good. I will train you to use your own body as powerful tool and build raw strength and appear naturally fit. The above course is designed for both gender category, and all age groups. For individuals with unique goals in fitness one can book sessions further and I will personally tailor programs to help you get your dream fitness.
Students can carry note books if required. Preferred to have a small room space to try basics guided during session.
