- The students will learn how to master their body weight to get into the shape that they desire. A proper way to start their fitness journey with the right guidance.
- It only requires a room with some free space for your body to move free in the area he/she is standing. A yoga mat if possible.
- Learn how to conquer your body weight before hitting the actual machines at a gym. Ages 12 - 40 are welcomed.
