Good morning everyone, Myself Nohar I'm a international boxer and a Boxing coach. Boxing is a combat sports in which you will learn many things like self defense, Coordination of your both upper and lower body, you will be able to improve your body reflexes, muscle and mind connection. Boxing makes you fit for your everyday working lifestyle in this you can achieve your fitness goals like weight loss, weight gain, getting slim or big. I'm going to conduct Free Master Class for the Boxing in which I'll give some guidance and will be doing Basic Boxing workout in this session will start with stretching,Body weighed training, some basic punches workout , shadow boxing, footwork and some other basic things required for the boxing. In this master class you don't required any equipments as a weights or something related to boxing.
